If the tenderee does not place the purchase order or does not place the purchase order in full within the validity period of the contract, it shall not constitute a breach of contract by the tenderee, and the bidder may not hold the liability of breach of contract by the tenderee. The tenderee shall hA/Ve the right to appropriately increase or decrease the actual purchase quantity, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.
