normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >集團(tuán)公司信息中心在宜昌區(qū)域的數(shù)據(jù)中心機(jī)房位于西壩辦公樓26樓，始建于1998年，主要用于滿足集團(tuán)公司宜昌區(qū)域IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的部署；因其完建后未對(duì)物理基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境進(jìn)行大的升級(jí)改造，存在空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行較不穩(wěn)定、供電系統(tǒng)負(fù)載飽和、物理空間不足等問題，已不能滿足集團(tuán)公司宜昌區(qū)域信息化服務(wù)能力提升的需求。信息中心于2019年啟動(dòng)宜昌區(qū)域數(shù)據(jù)中心搬遷至三峽大數(shù)據(jù)基地相關(guān)工作，一期項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容為采購相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，沿用已有技術(shù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行部署，完成已有應(yīng)用的遷移。

    三峽大數(shù)據(jù)基地已具備部署本項(xiàng)目所采購及搬遷設(shè)備的物理?xiàng)l件。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;mso-layout-grid-align:none; layout-grid-mode:char;line-height:150%;" >購置宜昌數(shù)據(jù)中心（三峽大數(shù)據(jù)基地）IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，其中物理服務(wù)器15套，存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備2套，網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換機(jī)14套，光纖交換機(jī)2套，磁帶機(jī)1套。

（2）遷移實(shí)施

normal style="mso-para-margin-top:0.0000gd;mso-para-margin-bottom:0.0000gd;text-indent:24.0000pt; mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;mso-layout-grid-align:none;layout-grid-mode:char; line-height:150%;" >完成所采購設(shè)備的上架及初始化；參與完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備部署；參與完成Vmware虛擬化集群和Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫集群的部署；完成已有虛擬機(jī)和Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫的遷移；完成已有基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施從西壩辦公樓26樓搬遷至三峽大數(shù)據(jù)基地，含設(shè)備下架、打包、運(yùn)輸、上架和開機(jī)測(cè)試，保證設(shè)備搬遷后穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >3.1 本次招標(biāo)要求投標(biāo)人須具備以下資質(zhì)條件、人員要求和業(yè)績(jī)要求，并具有實(shí)施本項(xiàng)目相應(yīng)的能力：

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >（1）資質(zhì)條件：具有獨(dú)立法人資格，注冊(cè)資金人民幣1000萬元及以上；

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >（2）人員要求：項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須提供2019年5月以來至少三個(gè)月投標(biāo)人為其繳納的社保證明，須具備負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)中心遷移的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷；現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施工程師須具備所投標(biāo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換機(jī)和存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備原廠認(rèn)證證書、Oracle OCP及Vmware VCAP認(rèn)證證書（以上證書可由不同的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施工程師分別持有）；

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >（3）業(yè)績(jī)要求：投標(biāo)人近3年（2016年1月1日以來）具備數(shù)據(jù)中心IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)集成的項(xiàng)目業(yè)績(jī)，且單個(gè)合同金額不小于500萬元（須提供合同證明文件）。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >3.3 投標(biāo)人不能作為其他投標(biāo)人的分包人同時(shí)參加投標(biāo)；單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標(biāo)段投標(biāo)或者未劃分標(biāo)段的同一招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >3.4本次招標(biāo)接受代理商（或集成商）的投標(biāo)。如代理商所投產(chǎn)品（服務(wù)器、存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換機(jī)）涉及多個(gè)原廠商，須獲得每個(gè)原廠商針對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的授權(quán)和服務(wù)承諾函；如代理商所投產(chǎn)品（服務(wù)器、存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換機(jī)）為同一原廠商，須獲得該原廠商針對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的唯一授權(quán)和服務(wù)承諾函。
