normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，三峽樞紐區(qū)辦公及公共服務(wù)設(shè)施面積（含擬建）約16.5萬㎡；樞紐區(qū)內(nèi)辦公人數(shù)4000~6000名；而現(xiàn)有辦公生活區(qū)停車位總計(jì)僅約600個。根據(jù)三峽樞紐區(qū)內(nèi)辦公生活人員及車輛的實(shí)際情況分析，目前辦公生活停車位嚴(yán)重不足。故此次擬按照滿足《城市居住區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(2016版)第6.0.5條關(guān)于公共停車場(庫)的停車位控制指標(biāo)要求（每100㎡使用面積一個車位）并留有余地的原則，在三峽樞紐區(qū)內(nèi)各辦公生活區(qū)塊新增辦公生活停車位約1400個，并預(yù)留10%的充電樁停車位；同時按照“一人一車位”原則進(jìn)行停車位的遠(yuǎn)期規(guī)劃。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >三峽樞紐區(qū)辦公生活停車設(shè)施完善工程方案設(shè)計(jì)及后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)（包括方案優(yōu)化、招標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖設(shè)計(jì)及后期現(xiàn)場服務(wù)等），設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)電、景觀等專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，并配合設(shè)計(jì)成果審查等相關(guān)行政審批工作。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >（1）資質(zhì)要求：具有獨(dú)立法人資格，具有工程設(shè)計(jì)建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級資質(zhì)或 工程設(shè)計(jì)建筑行業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)或工程設(shè)計(jì)市政行業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)或工程設(shè)計(jì)公路行業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)或工程設(shè)計(jì)綜合甲級資質(zhì)。
