normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >烏東德水電站位于云南省昆明市祿勸縣和四川省會東縣境內(nèi)。烏東德水電站開發(fā)任務(wù)以發(fā)電為主，兼顧防洪，電站建成后可發(fā)展庫區(qū)航運(yùn)。水庫總庫容74.08億m3，電站裝機(jī)容量10200MW。本工程為一等大（1）型工程，大壩、泄水建筑物、引水發(fā)電建筑物等主要永久性水工建筑物為1級建筑物，結(jié)構(gòu)安全級別為Ⅰ級。烏東德左、右岸水電站均為引水式地下廠房，左、右岸電站內(nèi)各裝有6臺單機(jī)功率為850MW混流式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。首批機(jī)組計劃于2020年投產(chǎn)發(fā)電。
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >根據(jù)中國長江三峽集團(tuán) 對三峽-金沙江下游梯級電站運(yùn)行管理的整體規(guī)劃設(shè)計，三峽-金沙江下游梯級電站實行“水庫統(tǒng)一調(diào)度，電力分區(qū)控制”的管控模式，在原有三峽梯調(diào)中心的基礎(chǔ)上新增成都調(diào)控中心和昆明調(diào)控中心兩個分支機(jī)構(gòu)，其中成都調(diào)控中心主要負(fù)責(zé)溪洛渡和向家壩電站的集中調(diào)控；昆明調(diào)控中心擬對烏東德和白鶴灘水電站進(jìn)行集中調(diào)控。目前三峽梯調(diào)中心、成都調(diào)控中心已建設(shè)完成。昆明調(diào)控中心隨著烏東德、白鶴灘水電站的建設(shè)正在同步進(jìn)行建設(shè)中。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >工作內(nèi)容包括本招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定的昆明調(diào)控安全穩(wěn)定控制系統(tǒng)主站采購合同設(shè)備和烏東德電站合同設(shè)備的設(shè)計、制造、提供圖紙資料、檢驗、工廠試驗、供貨、現(xiàn)場安裝（包括合同設(shè)備現(xiàn)場卸貨、搬運(yùn)、安裝就位、線纜敷設(shè)與接線，提供與昆明調(diào)控自動化機(jī)房內(nèi)所有外接設(shè)備間的連接電纜等）、調(diào)試、試運(yùn)行等、現(xiàn)場試驗、培訓(xùn)(包括在賣方工廠的培訓(xùn)及現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn))等。買方已為本系統(tǒng)采購一面屏柜，機(jī)柜尺寸為800（寬）X1000（深）X2000（高），本系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)器、工作站及網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換機(jī)均安裝在該屏柜內(nèi)，買方已完成該屏柜的現(xiàn)場的安裝就位；買方已將外部電源、外部電纜及KVM線纜引至柜內(nèi)，并完成柜內(nèi)PDU、數(shù)配架及KVM端子的安裝，賣方僅需負(fù)責(zé)柜內(nèi)設(shè)備的安裝及與柜內(nèi)PDU、數(shù)配架及KVM端子的連接。
