3. 投標人資格要求 3.1 本次招標要求投標人須具備 3.1.1資質條件： 具備建設行政主管部門頒發的房屋建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力 。
3.1.2業績要求： ? 近年（ 2021年01月01日 至投標截止時間，不少于3年） 已完成 不少于 3 （1 至3個）個類似項目。
類似項目是指: 2021年01月01日以來已完成的房屋建筑工程施工總承包業績（須提供施工合同、工程竣工驗收證書） 。
3.1.3項目經理的資格要求 ? 項目經理（ 3.2 本次招標 不接受 聯合體投標。
