normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >三峽船閘邊坡為高陡邊坡，在工程勘察設計階段發現了大量潛在的不穩定塊體。設計和運行單位高度關注船閘高陡邊坡和塊體穩定性，為長期監測船閘高陡邊坡和塊體穩定情況，在船閘高陡邊坡布設了大量外、內觀監測儀器。自2003年6月水庫蓄水至今，船閘已運行15年，布設的各類安全監測儀器也已使用多年，需補充新的快速監測技術手段，以繼續保障對船閘高陡邊坡運行安全的有效監控。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >完成三峽船閘邊坡重要塊體快速監測系統建設項目相關工作，主要工作內容包括提出三峽船閘邊坡重要塊體快速監測方案（含測站測點布置、快速觀測方案、采集控制系統等設計）、3座自動化快速觀測測站和60多個自動化觀測點監測設施施工、相關設施設備采購安裝以及采集控制系統采購、安裝、調試與試運行，以及配合與現有信息管理系統對接等。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >2020年2月完成快速監測方案細化優化，2020年5月完成測量機器人系統現場測點測站施工，2020年7月完成供電通信以及控制中心站硬軟件安裝，2020年8月完成系統集成和調試。為保證系統穩定可靠運行，保障監測數據的可靠性，計劃試運行一年，試運行期至2021年8月31日，質保期兩年。

3、投標人資格要求

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >（2）業績要求：2012年1月1日以來（以合同簽訂時間為準）承擔過至少1個合同金額不少于200萬元的大型水利水電工程外觀監測自動化系統建設業績（須提供合同等證明材料）；

4、招標文件的獲取
