1. 采購條件
重慶市投資咨詢 受采購人重慶公路養護工程（集團） 委托（以下簡稱″采購人”），對重慶公路養護工程（集團） 合格供應商入圍（第二次）進行補錄，項目已具備采購條件。
2. 項目概況與采購范圍
2.1 項目概況：重慶公路養護工程（集團） 作為重慶高速集團全資子公司，主要承擔重慶高速路網2100余公里高速公路日常養護、應急搶險、保通保暢、檢測維修、園林綠化等任務。現對公司需要專業分包合格申請人進行補錄。本次補錄1個供方庫，分包一：伸縮縫維修。
2.2 采購范圍：
分包一入圍申請人數量及類別如下：

2.3 項目
注：1、申請人可對分包一進行申請，但在重慶公路養護工程（集團） 供方庫中最多只能成為3個分包的入圍單位。
2.本次采購僅限于重慶公路養護工程（集團） 合格供應商入圍（第二次）。本次遞交資料無需進行報價，后期采購人根據項目實際需要再單獨采用比選或談判等方式確定實施單位。
3. 申請人資格要求
本次采購實行資格后審，申請人須同時滿足以下資格要求：
3.1 分包一：伸縮縫維修
分包一的申請人資格要求詳見隨本文件發出的″附件：重慶公路養護工程（集團） 合格供應商入圍（第二次）申請人分包一資格要求”。
4. 文件的獲取
4.1凡有意參加申請人，請于2025年 5月 30日（北京時間，下同）起重慶國際投資咨詢集團 官網 下載采購文件、澄清、修改、補充通知等全部內容。不管下載與否都視為潛在申請人全部知曉有關采購過程和全部內容。
4.2申請人如有疑問，以電子郵件方式（564005194@qq.com）向代理機構提出疑問，提問時間從本公告發布至2025年6 月3日9 時00 分（北京時間）前。
4.3采購人應于2025年6月 4 日18時00分（北京時間）前在重慶國際投資咨詢集團 官網上發布澄清。
5. 申請文件的遞交
5.1申請文件遞交的截止時間（開啟申請文件時間，下同）為2025 年6月 19日10時00分，地點為重慶市江北區五簡路2號重慶咨詢大廈A座負一樓開標廳(重咨大廈車庫入口旁的原工商銀行網點位置)，可見開標當日開標廳指示牌。
5.2逾期送達的或者未送達指定地點的投標文件，采購人不予受理。
