因[POWERCHINA-0126-230341]中國電建核電公司清掃車采購項目需要，我司擬采用詢比價采購方式進行下列貨物的批量采購，請按以下要求于2023年06月09日10時00分前將報價文件密封

二、采購要求
1、本次詢比價為整體采購，詢比價響應供應商報價時須寫明單價及總價、產品的詳細配置參數，報價包含貨物制造、運輸、裝卸、售后服務、利潤、稅金等交付采購人使用前所有可能發生的費用，確定成交供應商不再增補任何費用。
2、交貨期：2023年6月15日前。

4、質量標準或要求：符合國家和行業車輛出廠要求，滿足車輛上線和掛牌要求。
5、質保期：符合國家和行業車輛新出廠要求，不少于12個月。
6、響應人的資質要求：具有車輛生產或銷售授權的生產商或銷售商，有先關設備銷售業績。
7、響應文件須提交報價表，其它要求根據具體采購項目由采購人決定，響應文件份數正本一份。
8、成交確定原則：質量和服務相等且報價最優。
9、提供設備性能參數表、質量承諾、售后服務承諾書，使用方知識產權免責聲明，以及設備其他介紹資料、生產和銷售單位資質資料等。
